This bathroom has no partition separating the commode from the rest of the bathroom. It is usable by only one person at a time. Other than this inconvenience, this is a Grade-A facility. Arby’s should be commended for operating such a standout facility in the area, an area that is plagued with substandard toilets and a general lack of sanitation.

Usability: A fast-food bathroom with two partitioned stalls, two urinals, and an unlocked door would be rated as very usable. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing tendency to make bathrooms “single use,” meaning that toilets are un-partitioned, urinals are removed, and doors can be locked. Therefore, the ratings give 5 points to each usable “hole.” If the entrance door has a lock, that means no points are given. If the lock requires a code or a key you have to beg for, 20 points are removed.
Paper on Floor: Loose pieces of paper on the floor indicate an unkempt environment. Two points are docked for each piece of litter.
Baby Changer: This item is no doubt useful to some. Baby Changers are not opened, touched, or evaluated for cleanliness. Presence of a baby changer adds 3 points.
Stocked Paper Towel Dispenser: Paper towels are far superior to hot air blowers. They don’t dry up fecal matter and blow it all over the bathroom. The presence of a stocked paper towel dispenser adds 20 points.
Air Dryer Only: Since air dryers have to be combined with wiping your hands on your pants, they are undesirable. Many of them are impossible to use without touching them. Ten points are docked for the presence of air dryers, unless there is also a paper towel dispenser available.
